Frequently asked questions

Dawn Program

  • The duration of the Dawn Program can vary depending on the specific needs and complexity of each startup's product development process. Typically, the program spans several months to ensure thorough development, testing, and refinement of the product.

  • Enceladus Ventures provides co-investment opportunities to selected startups within the Dawn Program. The co-investment model involves Enceladus Ventures investing via product development services and/or alongside other investors, providing startups with the necessary capital to fuel their growth. The specifics of the co-investment terms and structure are discussed on a case-by-case basis during the evaluation and selection process.

  • While the Dawn Program primarily focuses on supporting tech startups, we consider startups from other sectors if they demonstrate a strong technology component or potential for disruptive innovation. We encourage startups from various industries to apply and showcase how their unique products or solutions leverage technology.

  • After completing the Dawn Program, startups are equipped with a market-ready product and are well-positioned to launch and scale their businesses. Enceladus Ventures continues to support startups even after the program, offering ongoing advisory and networking opportunities to assist with their growth trajectory and future fundraising endeavors.

  • At Enceladus Ventures, we prioritize confidentiality and treat all information shared by startups with the utmost care. We understand the importance of protecting intellectual property and sensitive business details. Our team signs non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure the confidentiality of the information shared during the program.

  • Enceladus Ventures evaluates startups based on various criteria, including the market potential of the product, the strength of the founding team, the level of innovation, scalability, and alignment with our investment strategy. The selection process involves a thorough review of applications, interviews, and due diligence to identify startups with high growth potential and a strong fit for the program.

  • The Dawn Program primarily caters to startups in the idea-to-seed and seed to series A stages. However, we evaluate each startup on a case-by-case basis. If a later-stage startup demonstrates a strong fit with the program's objectives and can benefit from our product development services and co-investment model, they may still be considered for participation.
